To sign up, please fill out the form below. Have your credit card ready. There will be a start up charge of $599 and a cost of $1200 at your house closing. Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email and will be prompted to create your MLS listing. Once we receive the listing information on your house for sale, it takes 24 to 48 hours to be listed on the MLS listing. Remember, our services are 100% guaranteed. If you do not sell your home, we will list your home with a top REALTOR® in your area. When you sell your home, we will refund the entire initial $599 fee. You will even get free legal representation at your closing! To qualify for this refund guarantee, your home must be sold by the referred agent.
