Real Estate Legal Services Provided with Membership to NextPoint
Our real estate attorneys will provide the following:
- Review the Offer to Purchase;
- Prepare and negotiate the Purchase & Sale Agreement, along with handling any extensions and contingencies that may arise during the transaction;
- Preparation of the Deed, and any other certificates necessary to convey the property to the new owners;
- Review of the HUD 1 Settlement Statement. This statement itemizes all the financial details associated with the sale.
For an added fee, these real estate legal services:
For an additional fee, our office will clear any title issues that may arise during the title examination of your current residence. Such issues often include unrecorded discharges of mortgages that may have not been properly recorded with the Registry of Deeds. We charge an hourly fee of $50.00 for this service, and we guarantee a rush priority as time is of the essence.
Additionally, for an added fee, we can attend the closing on your behalf by Power of Attorney. Just give us a proper amount of notice, so we may plan accordingly. The cost of this service depends upon where the closing takes place. However, in most circumstances, this service should not exceed $150.00 to $200.00.

If you do not sell your own home with NextPoint Properties, we will refer you to a top listing real estate agent in your area. When your house is sold, we will handle all of your legal work. Also, once your house is sold by our referred agent, we will refund your initial $599. To qualify for this refund guarantee, your home must be sold by the referred agent.
