What is Flat Fee Listing Only?
At NextPoint Properties, as a flat fee listing broker, we will de-mystify the process of how to sell a house for homeowners. We want to help you sell your house on your own, get your house listed on the MLS, provide legal advice and help you save money, all at the same time.
Why an MLS Listing is So Important
We want to show you how to sell a house with a flat fee listing on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), which is regional, but also nationwide. If your home is listed on MLS, you are getting maximum exposure to all types of buyers and real estate agents.
Simply put, the MLS listing is a real estate listing service that combines the listings for all available properties in an area. The MLS is restricted to licensed real estate brokers and agents. They pay a fee to view and use the MLS database. The public can only gain access to the list via a portal – a MLS only web site or through a realtor's web site.
Please note that national real estate rules prohibit a (For Sale By Owner or FSBO- using those terms) home from being part of the MLS listing.

A BIG Reason Why Selling with NextPoint Properties is Important
Think about it, the average commission saved using our service is greater than $12,000! Wouldn’t you like to have that $12,000 for retirement, your child’s college fund or more down payment on your next home? Now doesn’t saving commission money make sense?
The bottom line: If you are selling your home, you need the advice of legal and other real estate experts. You also need to be on that important MLS listing. Like our motto, “the smart way to save when you sell,” we’re here to help you sell a house.
